WordCamp is a large-scale international conference about everything WordPress, and is always supported by large number of developers and users of WordPress from all over the world. This time WordCamp 2018 will be hosted in Taipei, Taiwan on October 21.
Taiwan is located right in the center between North and South Asia. Although it is the very first time for WordCamp’s landing in Taiwan, it has already attracted widespread attention and interest. Become a sponsor of this event and show your support to the WordPress community, help us grow the community and make the event a big success.

About Sponsorship Payment
All sponsorship fees will be paid to the WordPress Community Support, PBC, which is the financial entity supporting and managing all expenses involved with this event. This allows us bigger flexibility in organizing logistics related to venue, sponsorship, collections, ticketing and etc. Surplus funds from WordCamp will be retained by WordPress Community Support for the support of other official WordPress community events and programs, including local meetups and user group events.
The WordCamp organizing team does not make any profit from sponsorship, but rather to benefit WordPress community programs.

Invoices
- We do not issue Taiwan Uniform-invoice for the sponsorship fees. Sponsor invoice will be issued directly by WordPress Community Support.
Sponsor Onboard Process
- After confirming the sponsorship level and extra promotional items, please fill out the contact form.
- Email the signed contract to WordPress Community Support. Create invoice and payment ID to make sponsorship payment.
- As stated above, we do not issue Taiwan uniform-invoice for your sponsorship fee. Your sponsorship payment will be paid directly to WordCamp PBC.
- Once obtaining your Invoice ID, make your sponsorship fee within the agreed time.
- The time we receive and confirm your sponsorship fee varies depending on the payment method used. Credit card / Wire Transfer: 3-5 days; Checks will be based on the time of mail delivery, which will be approximately 2~3 weeks.
